Troubleshooting installation

This is normal—go to Settings, Security, and enable "Install from unknown sources" (or "Allow from this source," depending on your Android version). The ugwin APK is safe to install. If your browser stops the download, add our website to your browser's allowed list. iOS users adding the web app to their home screen should use Safari, not Chrome—Chrome shortcuts do not support all progressive web app features. Restart your device if the app crashes after installation; this usually resolves temporary memory conflicts.

Data, permissions, and account security

When you install ugwin, we request permission to store app data on your device and (on Android) access your device ID for account verification. The app does not access your photos, contacts, or call history. All login details are encrypted before leaving your device. Staying secure on your device
